✗ Size/color issues (check sizing chart first)
✗ Worn or used items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Email hello@djohanarts.com within 30 days
- Include order number and photos
- We respond within 2 business days
REFUND PROCESS:
- We review and approve: 3-5 days
- You send item back: 5-7 days (with prepaid label if defective)
- We process refund: 5-7 days after receipt
- Total time: 2-4 weeks
COSTS:
- Original shipping: Non-refundable
- Return shipping: Free for defects, buyer pays otherwise
